Kage and his lone party of one was making his way over a large body of water spanning to the horizon in every direction, poised in flight. The day was sunny, cloudless, the shining sun casting a distinctive shadow of the bio-saiyan onto the waters modestly active surface. Little did he know, this would be a day of days. His destination was nowhere, and in objection to the boredom that had overcome him, he sped up, looking to get there as fast as possible. A randomly casted downward glance at the water, brought to his amused attention that, his shadow was gone.. Brows furrow slightly in bafflement, though his speed continues steadily. That is, until his senses threw his head to the other direction; up-just in time to see a generously sized body of energy before it crash into his body and sent his smoldering, though still fully alive corpse towards the waters swiftly.
Kage slips beneath the waves before regaining his composure, gritted his teeth and looking up. He puts some distance between him and his new opponent before climbing in height again, which happens to only be just over the waters surface, parallel to the shadowed figure. That being all he could make out, a simple blotch of darkness, black tendrils slithering and snaking off his body. Just as his lips part to ask who this foe is, an immense brick-wall of a wind smashes into his front-side. Kage throws his arms up and crosses them, largely able to hold his ground in the winds whos mass is nothing like he's ever felt.
He manages to open a single eye squintingly, seeing the bright, albeit contrasting aura surrounding the shadowed figure, colored an eye-piercing gold. Both eyes manage open now, still squinting, and for a moment, Kage recognizes something.. A disbelieving grunt exits his throat as he throws his arms down. 'Impossible...There's only two!'
" I dont know -who- you are..But you just made a BIG Mistake!!"
Defiant against his own calculations and proclimations of what exactly is in front of him, he slips white-blazed aura over his body and throws himself forward through the opposing winds. Drawing fingers into closed fists he propels a punch aimed dead center of the shadowed head, striking it and being brought to an immediate halt. The being didn't even budge, flinch, or show any sign it was alive. Eyes draw a bit more open, a few more drops of disbelief falling through an otherwise concrete will against accepting something he'd inevitably have to anyway.. Oh no, not Kage. He flies upward and arches back the direction he came, riding the wind and gaining considerable distance before stopping. 'Big mistake..' he repeats to himself again, summoning a body of energy into his right hand and casting a white-laden lance towards the shadowed man garbed in gold light.
Once again, not even phasing his opponent, it stops mere inches from its chest, struggling to gain even a parcel further. Infuriated in his outclassing in brawn, Kage begins flying towards him while maintaining the continuous beam of energy, the closing distance making the energy present between the two dense up, but still shows no sign of closing the short distance. Cutting his feeding of the attack he speeds ahead largely ignores his sense of sight, showing him that his attacks aren't doing anything, and instead relying on the feeling in his hands and legs when they collide, albeit it somewhat painfully, into the body of this faceless man. After a dozen or so repeats of the fruitless punches a blackened fist coils back and imbeds itself in the side of Kage's face, knocking him flat off his balance and mock-clothslining him from his attacks. The tendril-shape shifts behind him in a split second and imbeds the same fist a second time downwards, hurling waves around both of them as the mass of muscle and synthetic skeletal-frame of Kage slips beneath. A blackened body of energy forms in the center of his torso, expanding slightly before shooting forward in persuit of the sinking Saiyan. 'If I try to take it, I'm finished..Why do I know what hes planning..?'
He regains himself a second time and speeds off to the side, releasing several bolts of energy as he goes which close in on the figure. As expected, they fume to mere tendrils of smoke against his body, standing defiantly in testament that Kage is outdone here. In a daring predictable manner he speeds towards his opponent once more, locking hands and peering at featureless face and hair confused more then hes ever been, but not distracted. 'There's a third and I didnt know? No...Kage you can't let him win, there will be no balance, you will fail. What purpose do you have then?'
"I am not..Designed..To lose.." He mutters to himself, mind lost in the rage at the mere thought of the subject.
In a final display of defiance he begins powering up, gripping this beings hands as hard as he can, largely unaware of any affect the battle of sheer strength will have.. Its not long before he reaches his limit, physically unable of pushing his power any higher, still no signs of it having any effect on the man opposing him. 'Cant..Go..Higher, I need, more power..'. The blinding light of gold surrounds the shadow again, breaking Kage's grasp by finally showing its own strength, Kage lets go but his hands are still in the shadows grasp, squeezing to the point where any normal mortals bones would've easily shattered. Black skating bolts of energy lance over Kage's body, lacerating his body and ripping tears here and there in his clothes. The waves below begin to crater, give way, forming a large epicly-scaled dome beneath the two as the shadows outright strength and energy begins consuming Kage's consciousness. One more push, and the shadows full power is pressed onto him. Cutting any sight any being watching nearby would have and consuming both in the same body of energy.
A thunderous roar echoes everywhere, the body of energy cutting and showing only............One being, Kage.. Still lacerated, hair poised upward in golden shades, blood seeping down his legs and being whisped away by the strong winds which haven't let up since the first attack.
His eyes open, astonished at whats happened, that hes survived.. A terrible piercing pain stabs at his gut, cutting the aura but still leaving lively emerald eyes and gold-shaded hair. The dome slowly fills itself back up, winds dieing down to mere gusts. 'It wa-..was..me..?'
He has no additional time, nor strength to ponder of this, before hair returns to normal resting state, and an unconscious body falling towards the waters below..Thankfully, this Bio-Saiyan breathed only for the pleasure of it..Not because he had to.
